🔹 Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Mechanical Engineer to take technical ownership of compact, rugged, mission-critical electromechanical products for demanding defense applications.If you thrive in a fast-moving multidisciplinary R&D environment and love taking products all the way from concept through prototype to qualification and production, we want you on board.

🔹 What you’ll do:

End-to-End Ownership: Take full technical ownership of mission-critical products from concept through prototyping, qualification, and production.

Precision & Packaging: Design compact mechanisms, moving elements, and rugged electronic packaging.

Extreme Environments: Engineer and test sealing solutions built to withstand shock, vibration, impact, and extreme temperatures.

Hands-On R&D: Personally assemble, troubleshoot, and lead mechanical and environmental qualification tests.

🔹 What you need:

• 8+ years of hands-on mechanical R&D and product development experience.
• High proficiency with SolidWorks and PDM.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFT, and practical CNC/additive manufacturing experience.
