We are looking for a professional and expert cyber instructor to lead an intensive technological training program designed for graduates with no prior background, with the goal of qualifying them for roles in technology and information security. The position is located in Eilat, spans Sunday through Thursday, and requires full-time residency in the city. Responsibilities are focused exclusively on professional instruction and training trainees from scratch to equip them with practical and comprehensive tooling in the cyber field.

• Instruction and Trainee Training: Full responsibility for delivering theoretical and practical study content in the fields of cyber, networks, and operating systems, bringing learners to the professional proficiency level required by the job market.
• Imparting Technological Knowledge from Scratch: Simplifying and making complex technological concepts accessible, guiding hands-on practical exercises, simulations, and resolving technical problems alongside trainees in the classroom.
• Professional Mentoring and Progress Assessment: Closely monitoring trainee achievements, providing ongoing professional feedback, and evaluating their level of comprehension and application throughout all stages of the training program.

• Prior Background in Cyber Instruction: Proven, prior experience in instructing, delivering, or teaching content within the field of information security and cyber.
• Complete Professional Knowledge: Deep mastery and extensive knowledge in the cyber field, including profound understanding of communication networks and operating systems (Windows / Linux).
• Full Availability: Ability to commit to a position Sunday through Thursday in Eilat (requires permanent residency in the city during training days).
• Excellent Delivery Skills: High capability to present in front of a group, explain complex technical material clearly, and provide practical responses to trainee questions.
