What You Will Do:

• Sales of publishing solutions by consulting with prospective U.S. and international authors through video meetings.
• Present Spines' services and solutions effectively, highlighting benefits and success stories.
• Address prospective author inquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve closing rates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  
  

• Proven track record in B2C or Inside Sales, ideally working with U.S. or international clients via video consultations.
• Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and standard office tools.
