Quality Engineer (Medical Device)

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Quality Engineer to join its Quality and Operations team.

What will you do in the role?

• Ongoing support for production activities, including Incoming Inspection and Final QC.
• Management of critical quality processes: DHR, equipment calibration, training and employee qualification management.
• End-to-end Supplier Management: qualification, ongoing monitoring, and leading corrective actions (CAPA / SCAR).
• Handling non-conforming parts and products (non-conformance management).
• Support for Change Control processes to ensure fluent and controlled manufacturing processes.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a quality engineer in a medical device company and/or other regulated industry- Mandatory.
• Strong technical background, including a proven ability to read drawings and understand design specifications.
• Deep familiarity with medical quality standards and processes.
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication in English- daily work with international interfaces.
• Auditor Certificate- Advantage.
