Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a PMO for a large company in Rishon LeZion.

The role includes supporting Information Systems Project Managers, building and monitoring work plans and schedules, and tracking tasks, milestones, and planned versus actual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Information Systems Project Managers

Build and monitor work plans and project schedules

Track tasks, milestones, and planned versus actual performance

Identify gaps and raise project risks

Coordinate with professional teams and stakeholders

Monitor regulatory guidelines and assess their impact on organizational activities

Prepare reports and presentations for management

Work closely with various interfaces and teams across the division

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT project management

Previous experience in a PMO role or in project management and control

Ability to build and manage work plans and monitor performance

Ability to work with multiple interfaces with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with regulatory environments and experience working with regulatory requirements is an advantage
