Project Manager

Comblack is recruiting a Project Manager!

The role includes managing and leading a cluster of approximately 10 systems and projects in the areas of regulation, licensing, and eligibility. The position involves direct management of approximately 25 employees, including Development Managers, Project Managers, and Systems Analysts, as well as building work plans, managing resources and budgets, and managing complex interfaces with business units and external vendors.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and 4+ years managing a team of Project Managers using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven experience managing and leading large systems and complex projects in large or government organizations
• Experience planning, managing, and controlling resources, budgets, and schedules in a systemic and data-driven manner
• Experience with direct and matrix management of employees, Project Managers, Systems Analysts, and external vendors
• Strong systemic perspective, excellent cross-organizational collaboration skills, and strong interpersonal skills
