Comblack is recruiting a PMO !

The role includes end-to-end management of tender committee processes, preparing protocols and decisions, actively monitoring the implementation of decisions, developing and implementing project management methodologies, and driving cross-functional processes with Procurement, Budget, and Legal teams.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management and Control (PMO) within technology and Information Systems
• Proven experience leading procurement processes and tender committees in the government/public sector
• Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations, including TKM directives and the Mandatory Tenders Law, as well as hands-on experience with the MerKava system
• Technological orientation and broad understanding of infrastructure, hardware, software, and licensing models
• Strong analytical skills, a systemic perspective, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
