Information Systems Project Manager (37532)

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Information Systems Project Manager for a defense organization in Jerusalem.

The role includes managing and leading information systems and technology projects in relevant domains according to organizational needs, while meeting objectives, budgets, and timelines and ensuring successful implementation in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead information systems and technology projects

Ensure project delivery according to business requirements, objectives, budgets, and timelines

Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle

Identify technological needs, evaluate projects, and develop tools and technologies according to organizational requirements

Provide professional technological support to relevant units across the organization

Manage project and maintenance budgets

Manage engagements with external vendors

Manage risks, lead teams, and handle tenders

Perform additional tasks according to management guidelines

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Experience working in teams and with cross-functional interfaces is an advantage

At least 2 years of experience in budget planning and management is an advantage

Experience working with external vendors and service providers is an advantage

Ability to lead direct reports, matrix-mana
