Senior Manager Project Finance

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transition and Cutover Lead to drive a strategic global transformation: moving selected Finance activities across 13 locations to a BPO partner.

This is a hands-on role where you will connect business processes, systems, data, controls, and people to ensure a smooth, controlled transition with minimal business disruption.

What will you lead?

• Build and manage the integrated transition & cutover plan from blueprinting to hypercare.
• Act as the practical bridge between Finance, IT, country teams, and the BPO provider.
• Lead knowledge transfer, process documentation, and operational readiness.
• Manage cutover command (War Room), readiness checklists, and risk tracking (RAID).

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in Finance Transitions, BPO/Shared Services moves, or ERP cutovers.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Hands-on experience in global, multi-country environments.
• SAP Business One experience – strongly preferred! (SAP ECC is a plus).
• Practical project management skills (PMP / PRINCE2 advantage).
