# Financial Specialist / Finance Supervisor

## Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Financial Specialist / Finance Supervisor** to support the financial operations of our Israeli sales and marketing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily accounting, tax compliance, treasury operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination. This role requires a solid understanding of Israeli accounting and tax regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and international business environment.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting activities, including journal entries, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, expense review, and reimbursement processing.

- Ensure that financial records comply with **Israeli GAAP/IFRS**, local regulations, and the Group’s financial policies.

- Manage local bank accounts, cash flow, fund transfers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment collection.

- Prepare and submit local tax filings, including **VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax**, and other applicable taxes.

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Submit management accounts, financial analyses, and other periodic reports to the Group headquarters.

- Support the preparation of the annual budget and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.

- Analyze and control sales expenses, marketing and promotional expenditure, and operating costs.

- Liaise with local accounting firms, auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other external institutions.

- Coordinate annual statutory audits, tax inspections, and other compliance-related activities.

- Identify financial and compliance risks and support improvements to internal controls and financial processes.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

- **3–5 years of relevant experience** in finance, accounting, or financial operations.

- Experience with the overseas subsidiary of a Chinese company, a multinational organization, or the automotive industry is preferred.

- Sound knowledge of Israeli accounting standards, tax regulations, and foreign-exchange requirements.

- Fluency in **English**, with the ability to use it as a daily working and business language.

- Hebrew-language proficiency is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in mainstream ERP systems such as **SAP, Oracle, or Kingdee**, as well as Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial-reporting capabilities.

- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
