Content Operations Specialist

The Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and optimization of game content across our platforms, combining hands-on content management with ongoing communication and coordination with external game providers.

The role includes managing content and promotions through internal systems, coordinating provider activities and initiatives, monitoring game performance and KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve content performance and player engagement.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Operate and maintain game content through internal Admin and Backoffice systems.
• Manage ongoing communication and coordination with external game providers and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day activities. Maintain strong, professional relationships with game providers.
• Coordinate with providers on new game launches, content updates, promotions, and joint initiatives.
• Execute and validate content configurations, promotions, and updates with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure timely activation, deactivation, and maintenance of game content and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze provider and game performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Track key KPIs related to provider performance, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and content plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Monetization, Content Operations, BI, and Technical teams, to ensure successful execution of planned initiatives.
• Track multiple content activities, provider requests, and ongoing initiatives simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot content-related issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized documentation and tracking of ongoing activities, updates, and operational processes.
  
  

• Native-level or very high-level English proficiency, both spoken and written, mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.

• Previous experience in Operations, Account Management, Content, Partnerships, or a similar role, advantage.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry, advantage.
• Experience working directly with external partners or providers, advantage.
• Experience working with Admin / Backoffice systems, advantage.
• Familiarity with, knowledge of, or passion for casino games and the online gaming industry, advantage.
