IT Support & Systems Specialist-5656

We are looking for a skilled IT Support & Systems Specialist with a passion for technology and a strong service-oriented mindset to join our team. The role includes responsibility for technical support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and IT infrastructure, while contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of the organization’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical support to company employees (Tier 1–2).
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, endpoint devices, and mobile phones.
• Manage users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Work with Entra ID, Intune, and MDM solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Support the corporate network and communication equipment.
• Manage IT equipment inventory and work with vendors and subcontractors.
• Document procedures, processes, and technical knowledge.
• Participate in IT projects and ensure compliance with information security policies.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in an IT Support or System Administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Proven experience providing end-user support in an organizational environment.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Good English proficiency.
• Strong service orientation, ability to work independently, and personal accountability.

Advantages:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or global company.
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V.
• Experience with information security solutions such as EDR, Defender, and Firewalls.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
