About the position

Mindspace is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the setup, launch and day-to-day operations of Beyond, our new premium hospitality and events destination in Tel Aviv.

We’re looking for a true operator and builder - someone who knows how to take a complex hospitality operation from plan to reality, build the processes behind it, and then make sure it runs seamlessly every day.

This is a highly hands-on role combining operational strategy with execution on the ground. You’ll own everything from venue setup, suppliers, logistics and technical operations to team building, budgets, reporting and the operational delivery of complex events.

The ideal candidate comes from the hospitality, restaurant, F&B, catering, venue or similar operational environment and has experience building or running a high-quality, fast-paced operation.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Own the operational setup and launch of the venue, from planning through execution and ongoing operations.
• Build operational processes, procedures, workflows and service standards from the ground up.
• Lead the on-the-ground setup and breakdown of complex events, ensuring smooth execution across all operational elements.
• Manage suppliers, contractors and external partners, including onboarding, negotiations, coordination and ongoing performance.
• Own the venue’s logistics, storage strategy, inventory and operational infrastructure.
• Coordinate closely with building management and relevant stakeholders around technical setup, maintenance, access and operational requirements.
• Build clear setup plans and procedures for different event formats and operational scenarios.
• Own budgets, P&L, operational reporting and relevant KPIs.
• Recruit, build and manage the operational team, creating clear responsibilities and strong working routines.
• Ensure consistently high hospitality, service and guest-experience standards.
• Identify operational challenges proactively and solve problems quickly and independently.
• Continuously improve processes, efficiency and quality as the operation grows.
• Partner closely with internal teams including Events, Finance, Sales and other Mindspace stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on operational experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, F&B, catering, hotels, venues or complex event operations.
• Proven experience building, launching or significantly developing an operation, rather than only managing an established one.
• Strong experience managing suppliers, logistics and complex on-the-ground operations.
• Experience building operational processes, procedures and standards.
• Strong financial understanding, including budget management, reporting and P&L ownership.
• Proven people-management and team-building experience.
• A highly hands-on mentality — comfortable moving between strategic planning and solving operational issues on the ground.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Strong hospitality and customer-experience mindset.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required by the venue and event schedule.
