Part-time Customer care student evening position

Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Customer Care student evening position located in Petah Tikva. The role involves handling incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels, providing clear information about products, orders, and installation options. The team member will document interactions in the CRM system and follow up on open tasks to resolve issues efficiently. Daily tasks include monitoring customer satisfaction, updating customers on order status, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also includes learning product basics, supporting evening-hour operations, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 days a week, Monday-Thursday between 4 pm and 10 pm.

• Customer-facing skills, including strong Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through attentive, solution-focused support.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, in a clear and professional manner.
• Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret information, and prioritize issues.
• Currently enrolled student, available for evening shifts in Petah Tikva.
• Comfort working with CRM, ERP, and basic office software.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Excellent English skills are a must!
