Controller | CFO as a Service I Startups | Hybrid | Ramat Gan

We’re hiring a vibrant Controller to join a growing CFO-as-a-Service firm supporting startups.

An excellent first Controller opportunity for a CPA with Big Four technology experience who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and develop a broader, client-facing finance career. This role is a natural next step for an Assurance Manager or an Assistant Controller.

You’ll work directly with founders and startup teams, take ownership of the financial reporting and day-to-day finance activities of several early-stage clients, and gain exposure to a modern, technology-driven finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing financial activities and reporting for a portfolio of early-stage startup clients.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Maintain regular communication with founders and client stakeholders.

• Use advanced digital tools and AI solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

✔️ CPA qualification.

✔️ Big Four internship or professional experience within a technology or high-tech practice.

✔️ Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence working with clients.

✔️ Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership while managing multiple clients and priorities.

✔️ Tech-curious and enthusiastic about using modern digital and AI tools.

📍 Hybrid work model: 2 days a week at our Ramat Gan Bursa offices and 3 days from home.
