With a platform trusted by over 150 retailers (and growing fast), strong product-market fit, and real momentum, we’re scaling up - and looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us take things to the next level.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build scalable backend systems that power real-time interactions.
• Take full ownership - from planning and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Work with a modern stack: Kotlin, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
• Help shape the technical direction of a growing, product-led company.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of backend production experience with Kotlin/Java/Scala (Kotlin is a strong plus).
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments, where things ship fast and ownership runs deep.
• Solid hands-on experience with both NoSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: familiarity with Rust, CI/CD, ML/NLP, or DevOps practices.
• Extra credit: experience building or orchestrating multi-agent AI systems (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) to coordinate LLM-based workflows.
• Bonus: hands-on work with agent orchestration or autonomous AI frameworks that enable tool use and inter-agent communication.
• Strong communication skills and solid English - written and spoken.
