Facebook Campaign Manager

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Facebook Ads Manager with a strong passion for social media, short-form video creation, scriptwriting, and AI-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing lead generation campaigns and executing digital marketing strategies
• Utilizing AI tools to enhance ad copy, scripts, and campaign workflows
• Analyzing web analytics and performance metrics
• Interacting directly with customers on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns on Facebook
• Strong affinity for social media trends, platforms, and viral content
• Experience in writing video scripts and creating short-form video content
• Proficiency in working with generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini)
• Solid understanding of the online marketing landscape
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew

Advantages:

• Experience with Canva or mobile video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)

• This position is full-time and located at our offices in Nesher, near Haifa.
