Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the Israeli high-tech industry and a proven ability to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, lead end-to-end sales processes, and drive the adoption of AI solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Israeli high-tech industry
• Generate new business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales processes from initial outreach through deal closure
• Sell professional services, including consulting, project-based services, and staffing solutions
• Work with senior executives and key decision-makers to drive business opportunities
• Build and develop new markets while establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales roles within the Israeli high-tech industry
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and lead sales processes with organizations
• Experience selling professional services such as consulting, project-based services, and staffing solutions
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, AI adoption processes within organizations, and related business and organizational needs
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent English, and a proactive and independent approach
