International Subsidiaries Controller

Tosaf, a leading global manufacturer in the plastics industry, looking for an International Subsidiaries Controller to join its Group Finance team.

General Job Description:

• Receive, review, and analyze monthly reporting packages from various group companies.
• Develop and perform financial controls over accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, accounting policies, and bookkeeping processes across the Group’s subsidiaries..
• Monitor and control cash flows, credit facilities, banking activities, and supplier payments.
• Prepare and present management reports.
• Perform profitability analyses and participate in budgeting and budget control processes.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, working with group consolidation and reporting systems.
• Report directly to the Group International Finance Manager.
• Liaise with local tax advisors and external auditors.
• Participate in M&A transactions and post-acquisition financial integration processes.

Requirements:

Mandatory

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 3 years of post-internship/post-qualification experience.
• Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global company.
• Experience working with overseas subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent English skills (written, spoken, and reading).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Work on-site

• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing company.
• Experience with financial statement consolidation.
• Knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Experience with Priority ERP.
• Experience working with BI systems and group reporting platforms.
• Experience managing or providing professional guidance to finance teams across multiple countries.
