Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and open-source models.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX professionals to define, design, and build innovative AI capabilities that deliver real value to users.

• Develop LLM-based applications, including chatbots, intelligent search solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and other advanced AI capabilities.
• Adapt, fine-tune, and optimize AI models based on business requirements and organizational data.
• Build data-processing pipelines and generate embeddings for vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS.
• Design and implement advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and reasoning-based AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and architecture to development and implementation.
• Evaluate and continuously improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD studies are an advantage.
• Significant hands-on experience developing in Python and working with modern AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and AI system development.
• Experience working with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and Mistral.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
