Team Lead - Medical Record Project Managers

Location: Tel Aviv

Employment Type: Full-time

A large and leading organization is looking for a Team Lead for Medical Record Project Manager to join a significant role involving direct management of a professional team of 6-7 employees, including Project Managers and Systems Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, professional, and personal management of a team of Project Managers and Systems Analysts.
• Managing the team's work plan, task allocation, prioritization, workload management, and quality control.
• Leading complex cross-organizational projects from initiation through implementation, including schedule, budget, risk, and change management.
• Designing and defining system and technological solutions to meet business and medical needs.
• Ongoing collaboration with a wide range of organizational stakeholders, including medical, service, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Responsibility for system maintenance, troubleshooting, incident investigation, and resolution in collaboration with professional teams and external software vendors.
• Leading innovation initiatives, evaluating new technologies, and implementing advanced methodologies and management tools.
• Mentoring, supporting, and promoting the professional development of team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or Health Systems Management - required.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience of Project Managers and/or Systems Analysts - required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis and writing system specifications - required.
• Experience working with SQL - required.
• Software development experience - an advantage.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder organizational environment - an advantage.
• Previous experience with healthcare systems - a significant advantage.
• Strong systems thinking, ability to analyze complex processes, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, employee motivation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented approach.
• Availability to work outside regular business hours when required.
