Role Description The Project Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and coordinating projects across Renvada’s service lines in complex operating environments. This role manages project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and compliance requirements. Day-to-day activities include coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing expediting and logistics activities, tracking inspections and milestones, and preparing clear status reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will support implementation of program governance frameworks, facilitate issue resolution, and maintain quality and performance metrics across assigned projects. This position also collaborates closely with partners and field teams to monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and ensure timely, verifiable delivery in line with humanitarian and infrastructure objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience, PMO coordination, and familiarity with standard methodologies (e.g., PMP or equivalent is an advantage).
• Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to track orders, manage lead times, and drive on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including oversight of quality checks, compliance verification, and documentation of inspection results.
• Candidates should possess logistics management skills to coordinate supply chain activities, transportation, warehousing, and last-mile distribution in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing projects in challenging or international environments, ideally in infrastructure, technology, or humanitarian programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across remote, cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, and a commitment to rigorous governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
