The Opportunity & Compensation

• Low Base + Uncapped High Commission: We reward execution, not attendance. If you require a large, safe base salary, do not apply. If you trust your ability to learn fast and close global B2B deals, our commission structure offers massive financial upside.
• Non-Traditional Hours: Overseas buyers don't operate on Israel time zones. You will need schedule flexibility to engage international markets when your clients are awake.
• Direct C-Suite Mentorship: Daily access, real-time strategy, and hands-on execution coaching in exchange for high energy, rapid output, and zero ego.

What You Will Do

• Build Global Pipelines: Source, qualify, and engage international B2B distributors across premium cosmetics and consumer goods.
• Leverage Modern AI: Deploy ChatGPT, automated CRM workflows, and modern outreach tech to multiply your output and work smart.
• Execute & Adapt: Absorb our sales methodologies rapidly without bringing outdated corporate playbooks.

Who You Are

• Early Career (0–2 Years Experience): A hungry "blank slate" looking for a fast-tracked immersion in global trade.
• Driven by Commission: Highly motivated by uncapped earning potential and self-generated results.
• Fluent in English: Native or fluent written and verbal communication for high-level international negotiation.
• Tech-Native: You actively use modern software and AI tools to automate manual tasks and speed up workflows.
