We are a fast-growing distribution and e-commerce business in Netanya specializing in premium cosmetics. We work fast, embrace AI and modern digital tools, and rely on clear execution. We’re looking for a highly responsible, dependable team member to act as the operational heart of our office—working directly alongside our two CEOs while managing daily e-commerce and logistics workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• C-Suite Support: Partner directly with two CEOs to organize executive schedules, prioritize action items, and keep central office operations running smoothly.
• E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment: Own end-to-end order processing—from online order management to physically picking, carefully packing delicate cosmetic goods, and preparing packages for dispatch.
• Customer Care: Be the responsive, friendly voice of our brand, resolving customer inquiries with top-tier communication skills.
• Logistics & Customs: Coordinate directly with local couriers, international freight companies, and customs agents to ensure smooth shipments.
• AI & Digital Operations: Leverage modern AI communication tools and task management apps to streamline workflows, draft communications, and optimize daily efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Exceptional English: Native or near-native English (both written and spoken) with outstanding communication skills for international partners and customer care. (Fluent Hebrew required for local logistics/vendors).
• AI & Tech Literacy: Experience with or strong natural aptitude for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, modern AI communication software), e-commerce dashboards (e.g., Shopify), and productivity software.
• High Ownership & Reliability: You are naturally responsible, detail-oriented, and take personal pride in seeing tasks through to completion without needing to be micromanaged.
• Hands-On Ethic: You’re excited to balance digital office work with physical, active tasks like packaging customer orders.
• Long-Term Mindset: Grounded and dependable—looking to plant roots, take full accountability, and grow with us over time.
