COMPENSATION, CONVERTIBLE SUCCESS BONUS & ESOP

• Guaranteed Base Salary: 25,000 NIS / month during the initial assembly and integration phase.
• Convertible Success Bonus (Month 6): Exceptional performance bonus of 30,000 NIS to 50,000 NIS awarded upon successful achievement of prototype milestones. This bonus is convertible at the employee's choice into cash or additional stock options at a preferential rate.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD & MILESTONE FRAMEWORK (6 MONTHS)

The position includes a structured 6-month probationary period focused on overall integration success and project delivery:

• Months 1 to 3 (Integration & On-Site Coordination): Onboarding, subcontractor management, local partner coordination, and on-site implementation oversight. Formal bilateral progress review at Month 3.
• Months 4 to 6 (Qualification & Global Commissioning): Test phase leadership, operational validation of the prototype, and end-to-end technical acceptance.
• Month 6 Conclusion: Operational milestone sign-off triggers permanent contract confirmation, Convertible Bonus release, and salary adjustment.

We are an EnergyTech startup based in Israel developing an innovative, high-efficiency gravito-hydraulic energy storage technology. Our modular solution stores renewable energy and dispatches it continuously to the grid with zero capacity degradation and without reactive chemistry.

As we assemble and test our first full-scale prototype (20-ton on-site poured gravity mass / 5 bar operating pressure), we are seeking an experienced Integration & Safety Engineer / Industrialization Project Manager.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead field integration, operational safety, and technical qualification of the prototype.

• Lead overall mechanical, hydraulic (DN250 piping), and electrical integration of the prototype.
• Supervise Civil Engineering phases, including formwork preparation, shoring, and direct on-site pouring of the 20-ton concrete ballast.
• Ensure strict compliance of assembly with CAD drawings and patent specifications.
• Coordinate local subcontractors and vendors (Civil Engineering, Concrete/Masonry, Mechanical, PLC Automation).

• Draft all testing protocols, operating procedures, and risk assessments.
• Oversee safety related to pressure equipment (5 bar operating pressure) and structural stresses during concrete pouring on site.
• Ensure full compliance with Israeli workplace safety regulations (Ministry of Labor Safety Standards / Standards Institution of Israel).
• Implement emergency procedures and safety plans on the test site.

• Prepare and lead technical acceptance during initial pressure ramp-up testing.
• Supervise charge/discharge cycles and validate initial net power output (20 kW).

Requirements

Education

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

5 to 10 years in complex industrial project management, test benches, or prototype integration.

Key Skills

• Multidisciplinary project management (Civil / Concrete structures, Hydraulics/Fluid Dynamics, Automation).
• Expertise in machinery risk assessment, occupational safety, and pressure equipment regulations.
• CAD drawing review and field integration validation.

Languages

Fluent French, English and Hebrew (written and spoken, required). French is a strong advantage.
