Chief Financial Officer

A leading publicly traded company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a key executive leadership position.

We are looking for a currently serving CFO of a publicly traded company, with strong business orientation, hands-on leadership capabilities and proven experience operating in a complex corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the company’s financial strategy and overall finance function

Full responsibility for financial reporting, regulatory requirements and corporate governance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning

Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, Board of Directors and senior management

Lead and support M&A processes and strategic transactions

Oversee financial activities across subsidiaries and international operations

Drive financial and business processes supporting the company’s growth and strategic objectives

Requirements

CPA - required

Currently serving as CFO of a publicly traded company - mandatory

Proven experience in financial leadership within a public company environment

Strong knowledge of public-company reporting, regulation and corporate governance

Proven experience in M&A and complex transactions - significant advantage

Strong business and commercial orientation

Experience working with senior management and Boards of Directors

Excellent English
