Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager

Galia Lahav, a world-renowned luxury fashion house specializing in couture bridal and evening wear, is looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, manage, and monitor production processes from order receipt through completion
• Build production plans and schedules and closely monitor execution
• Coordinate and synchronize between production teams, ateliers, and different departments across the company
• Monitor production capacity, workload, and priorities, and respond to changes in real time
• Track order progress and ensure production timelines are met
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps in the production process and drive solutions with the relevant teams
• Work across multiple interfaces and follow processes through to completion
• Prepare reports and monitor production data and performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) – required
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment – required
• Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with data, reports, and information systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
• Good Excel skills
• Good English
• Experience in the fashion or textile industry – an advantage
