Location: Haifa Area | Work Model: Hybrid | Full-time

About the Role

A leading global company in the Haifa area is looking for a hands-on SAP Development Team Lead to manage and mentor a development team The role combines 50% technical hands-on development with 50% team management You will lead development tasks alongside implementation teams, drive integration processes between enterprise systems, enforce code quality standards, and oversee delivery timelines

Must-have Requirements

At least 5 years of professional SAP development experience

Proven experience in managing or leading an SAP development team

Deep hands-on knowledge of SAP development technologies including ABAP OO, ALV OO and Function, Function Modules RFC, User Exits, BADI, and IDOCs

Hands-on experience with SMARTFORMS, Adobe Forms, Enhancement, ODATA, and Gateway

Proven ability to solve complex technical issues, lead cross-functional projects, and drive decision-making processes

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Your Advantages

Experience with CPI or PI integration tools

Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, Fiori applications, and Front-End development

Familiarity with SAP Portal 7.5 and SAP BTP platform
