Finance Student Position (6-Month Temporary Role)

Cover is a fast-growing Insurtech startup making pension and insurance management simple, transparent, and optimized for individuals and businesses.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Finance team for a 6-month temporary project. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door, focus on commissions accounting, and support our day-to-day financial operations.

What you’ll do:

• Calculate, manage, and monitor ongoing commissions.
• Assist the Finance team with data analysis and ad-hoc financial tasks.
• Work closely with financial models, large datasets, and information systems.
• Generate periodic reports and track financial discrepancies.

What you bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (a major plus).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Highly analytical with strict attention to detail and a "numbers-driven" mindset.
• Independent worker, fast learner, and a team player.
