Cyber Security Project Manager | Leading Organization | Tel Aviv

A leading organization in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead complex technology and security projects end-to-end – from initiation and requirements definition through planning, execution, implementation, and successful delivery.

The role combines strong project management capabilities with an understanding of Cyber Security and IT environments, working across multiple technology teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Cyber Security and Information Security projects end-to-end
• Manage projects from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation and delivery
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical requirements and specifications
• Build detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, milestones, scope, and deliverables
• Manage project schedules, scope, and budgets
• Define success metrics and ensure project objectives are achieved
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project blockers
• Drive collaboration across multiple technology and business teams
• Work with customers, external vendors, and consultants
• Prepare technical documentation and management presentations
• Support tender and RFP processes when required
• Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing technology projects in Cyber Security, Information Security, or Information Systems – required
• B.Sc./B.A. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, a degree with an Information Systems specialization, or recognized Project Management training – required
• Proven project management experience using at least two of the following methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall – required
• Experience translating requirements into technical specifications and detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and scope – required
• Hands-on experience with Project Management tools – required
• Proven ability to drive multiple stakeholders across different organizational levels – required
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security products and solutions – an advantage
• Strong Agile project management experience – an advantage
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, networking, and security infrastructure – an advantage
• Experience writing tenders or RFPs – an advantage
• Experience with monday.com – an advantage
