Kin is a fintech that pays foreign workers in Israel through their employer's payroll and lets them send money home. Employers get one clean payroll file and a partner that carries the operational weight. Workers get their salary on time, in an app built for them, in their language. We are live, growing, and building the team for our next markets.

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own everything between a signed employer and a worker paid on time, for several employers at once, on a fixed monthly calendar. When this role is done well, payday is uneventful, and nobody notices the work behind it.

What you'll own:

• Making sure every new employer is set up correctly and its first payday goes through without a problem
• Building the process while running it: turning our draft templates into the standard way every employer is onboarded, in Israel and in the markets we open next.
• Fixing what breaks between the employer, Kin and the bank: finding out why, solving it, and making sure it doesn't happen again
• Telling Product and Engineering what you need: the tools you work with are built on your input

Responsibilities:

• Open and structure new employer accounts and brief our regulated payments partner before the first payment arrives
• Turn the employer's payroll file into a clean, verified worker list and set up every worker in our KYC system before the field team goes on site
• Keep the onboarding status of every employer up to date and answer the bank's questions the same day
• Run payroll week: test payment, payroll file check, funding confirmation, one-batch payout, and next-day reconciliation of every shekel
• Follow each new employer through its first three payrolls and bring what went wrong, with the numbers, to the monthly process review

Requirements:

• 3+ years in technical operations: payments, payroll, logistics, implementation or platform ops. Payments knowledge is an advantage; we will teach you the rails
• You have owned a recurring process with hard deadlines, for several accounts at once
• Advanced Excel: cleaning messy files, matching lists, finding duplicates and gaps
• You use AI every day (Claude, ChatGPT, whatever comes next), and you know which data must never leave our systems
• Comfortable working under a regulated partner's rules, and quick to learn them
• Clear written and spoken Hebrew and English, both daily
• Calm and precise under payday pressure. Able to say "not ready" and back it up with facts
• You care about the people at the end of the payment

Nice to have:

• Israeli payroll for foreign workers (106 forms, work permits)
• Remittance corridors or cross-border payments
• Experience with a KYC platform or a partner-bank relationship
