NOC Analyst | Splunk & Infrastructure | Leading Insurance Company | Central Israel

A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced NOC Analyst to join a complex Enterprise environment and take an active role in infrastructure monitoring, incident investigation, log analysis, and troubleshooting across Cloud and On-Premises environments.

This position goes beyond traditional NOC monitoring and offers hands-on exposure to Splunk, Enterprise Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Virtualization, and Cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

• Monitor enterprise systems and infrastructure and identify incidents in real time
• Investigate incidents and analyze logs using Splunk
• Write SPL queries and build and maintain monitoring Dashboards
• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
• Work across hybrid environments combining AWS, Azure, and On-Premises infrastructure
• Investigate and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments
• Work with VMware and Nutanix virtualization infrastructure
• Investigate issues across Active Directory environments
• Work with Group Policy, DNS, and Kerberos
• Support high-availability and Replication mechanisms
• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Failover processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working with monitoring systems – required
• 2+ years of hands-on Splunk experience – required
• Hands-on experience writing SPL queries, building Dashboards, and analyzing logs in Splunk – required
• Experience working across AWS, Azure, and On-Premises environments
• Experience with Windows and Linux
• Experience with VMware and Nutanix
• Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture
• Familiarity with Group Policy, DNS, and Kerberos
• Understanding of High Availability and Replication mechanisms
• Experience with DR and Failover processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
