Senior Integration & Automation Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Integration & Automation Engineer to join the Information Systems division of a leading enterprise organization.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software development, system integration, automation, and architecture. You'll take technical ownership of integrations across complex enterprise environments, while mentoring a small automation team and helping establish modern engineering standards and practices.

The role is ideal for a strong Senior Software Engineer or Integration Developer looking to take the next step into technical leadership while remaining highly hands-on.

What You'll Do:

• Take technical ownership of system-to-system integration architecture, including APIs, data flows, error handling, monitoring, and production reliability
• Design and develop integrations across modern and legacy enterprise environments, including on-prem systems, databases, files, and external services
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a small automation team working across RPA, Marketing Automation, and integrations
• Establish and promote engineering best practices across CI/CD, documentation, governance, and production processes
• Drive modernization initiatives by introducing new technologies, integration patterns, and development practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Support the evaluation and implementation of modern integration and iPaaS platforms
• Collaborate with external technology vendors and partners

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and production integration experience
• Strong software engineering background using C#, Python, Java, or a similar programming language
• Proven experience designing and developing system-to-system integrations in complex production environments
• Hands-on experience with on-prem integrations, including databases, files, and legacy systems
• Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, events, and scheduled processes
• Hands-on experience with RPA technologies, preferably UiPath
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, or leading significant technical initiatives
• Professional proficiency in Hebrew and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Workato, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot
