The role includes leading complex business and technological processes, implementing innovative AI- and data-driven solutions, defining cross-organizational digital service channels, managing multiple interfaces and stakeholders, and developing methodologies, procedures, and strategic work plans.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience managing IT, technology, and digital projects
• Proven experience leading projects in AI, data, product, implementation, and change management
• Experience leading processes in a multi-stakeholder environment and the ability to engage stakeholders without formal authority
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business and service challenges into practical initiatives and work plans
• Strong technological orientation and effective collaboration with development, data, product, and cloud teams
• Significant advantage for experience in the public/government sector
