Technology Infrastructure and Projects Lead | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Technology Infrastructure and Projects Lead for a defense organization in Jerusalem.

The role includes leading, planning, and overseeing complex technology infrastructure projects nationwide, from requirements definition and planning through implementation, delivery, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and oversee complex technology infrastructure projects nationwide

Plan and define technology infrastructure requirements

Manage project budgets and schedules

Support technology tender processes

Manage interfaces with vendors, consultants, and IT teams

Collaborate across System, Network, Information Security, and Cybersecurity domains

Oversee projects throughout all stages, from planning and implementation to delivery and maintenance

Requirements:

At least 6 years of relevant experience, including experience managing technology teams

Proven experience leading technology projects, including planning, infrastructure requirements definition, ongoing project support, and supervision

Experience planning and supporting technology tenders and establishing maintenance operations

Experience managing large-scale project budgets

In-depth knowledge of System, Network, Information Security, and Passive Infrastructure environments

High-level technical English

High-level Security Clearance

Valid driving license
