About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Options Strategy Officer to lead financial market strategy, client engagement, and business development within the Sales department. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of options trading, equity markets, derivatives, volatility, pricing, and risk management.

The role involves understanding unique client requirements, developing customized options strategies, presenting financial solutions, and supporting business growth. Strong market expertise, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Options Strategy & Client Solutions

• Develop customized options strategies based on specific client requirements.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of options, equity markets, derivatives, volatility, and financial instruments.
• Analyze market conditions, pricing structures, risk exposure, and strategy performance.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into practical financial solutions.
• Present options strategies, market insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored and commercially viable solutions.

Sales & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within options and financial markets.
• Lead client discussions, presentations, negotiations, and strategic meetings.
• Support sales initiatives through financial market expertise and customized solutions.
• Understand client challenges and recommend suitable options-related services.
• Contribute to revenue growth, client acquisition, and long-term relationship development.

Market Research & Leadership

• Monitor global financial markets, volatility, economic developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership and sales teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in options trading, derivatives, financial markets, investment strategy, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of options pricing, volatility, financial markets, and risk management.
• Proven experience developing customized financial strategies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of client requirements and financial products.
• Experience in financial sales, business development, investment advisory, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with international clients.
• High level of integrity, ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

Good to Have

• CFA, FRM, CQF, or relevant financial market certifications.
• Experience with institutional clients and complex financial products.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, Excel, Python, or quantitative analysis tools.
