As an FDE at JakoAI, you are the elite force on the front lines. You embed directly with client teams, strip down ugly operational bottlenecks, architect the blueprint, and write the raw production code that scales. If you have an appetite for total technical ownership, high autonomy, and shipping high-stakes software where it actually matters, this is your arena.

What You'll Drive

• Front-Line Command: Sit directly with business leaders, unpack chaotic real-world problems, and turn them into tight technical architectures.

• Hardcore Build & Deploy: Write, test, and ship production-grade code connecting modern AI (LLMs, autonomous agents, humanoids...) into legacy enterprise stacks, APIs, and databases.

• Full-Cycle Ownership: No hand-offs. You own the mission end-to-end - from initial discovery to live debugging inside customer environments.

• Pure Execution: Cut through the AI noise and buzzwords. Victory is measured by system uptime, speed, and real operational leverage.

The Arsenal You Bring

• 5+ Years of Pure Engineering Depth: Battle-tested background in Software, Backend, Fullstack, or Platform Engineering building heavy production systems.

• Front-Line Experience: Experience running high-touch technical roles (FDE, FDSE, Applied AI Engineer, or Solutions Engineer with heavy coding) is a clear advantage. You command the room and own the codebase.

• Modern AI Tech: Hands-on experience shipping LLMs, and agentic workflows straight into live production environments.

• Relentless Autonomy: You thrive when requirements are incomplete, environments are messy, and no one is holding your hand.

Extra Firepower

• Ex-founder, early-stage startup veteran, or former FDE.

• Track record of ripping through legacy enterprise software (ERPs, CRMs).

• Equally comfortable playing high-stakes strategy with executives and tearing through code in the terminal.
