Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Broker at Klein Group. The broker will source and manage a portfolio of international clients, advising them on property options, investment opportunities, and rental agreements in the luxury Israeli market. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting virtual consultations, preparing and presenting property listings, and coordinating negotiations between clients and property owners. The broker will handle transaction documentation, collaborate with legal and financial partners, and ensure a smooth end-to-end process for each deal. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with experience in managing property transactions and advising clients.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build trust with international clients.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market regulations.
• Relevant experience in luxury real estate or international client services is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and virtual client meetings.
• Valid real estate brokerage license or equivalent certification, as required by applicable jurisdiction.
