HVAC Team Leader

Biopharmax is looking for an experienced HVAC Team Leader to join our team.

• Overall responsibility for the design, execution, supervision, commissioning, and validation of advanced HVAC systems for cleanrooms and manufacturing facilities operating under stringent international standards and GMP requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC engineers and designers, including professional development, training, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Oversee HVAC design, installation, construction, commissioning, and validation processes for projects in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and microelectronics industries.
• Ensure system compliance with applicable international standards and regulatory requirements, including GMP, ISO 14644, FDA, EMA, and ASHRAE.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Process, Automation, Clean Rooms, and Utilities.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, monitor project budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field – mandatory.
• Proven experience in HVAC system design and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of relevant international quality and regulatory standards, including GMP, FDA, and ISO 14644.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and thermal load calculation tools.
• Proven hands-on experience in HVAC Commissioning and Validation.
• Strong ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent English communication skills – written, spoken, and professional presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex global environment.
