Senior Business Operations Manager
Location: Petah Tikva | Hybrid – 2 days from home
Employment: Temporary position – 9 months
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join a leading global tech company and lead impactful Talent & Leadership Development initiatives.
The role includes end-to-end program management, leading L&D initiatives, managing external vendors and budgets, and working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Leadership & Talent Development programs
• Strong program management experience, from strategy to execution
• Excellent English – written and spoken – a must
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders
• High level of independence, ownership and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
