System Admin Team Lead

We are seeking an System Admin Team Lead to empower a tech team and manage core enterprise systems across hybrid environments for a global tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage a team of System Administrators using Agile methodologies.
• Drive the lifecycle of global enterprise infrastructure, datacenters, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Lead operational excellence, optimize infrastructure processes, and act as the top technical authority.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience leading IT/Infrastructure teams in large enterprise environments within global tech companies (Must).
• Deep expertise in core IT infrastructure, On-Premises Datacenters, and Hybrid Cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on proficiency with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Strong background in enterprise-grade backup and recovery tools (Veeam / Commvault).
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server / Linux systems, Entra ID, and Intune management.
• Proven leadership experience within Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with automation principles and IaC practices (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Full proficiency in English and Hebrew.
