A leading insurance company with an advanced advisory platform is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment activities across three agencies within the group.

This role is suitable either for an experienced Recruitment Manager or Team Leader, or for a highly experienced Senior Recruiter ready to take the next step into a management position.

The role includes managing 2-3 Recruitment Coordinators and reports directly to the VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and professionally lead a team of 2-3 Recruitment Coordinators
• Oversee recruitment activities across three agencies within the group
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and general positions
• Define and monitor recruitment SLAs, performance metrics, and reports
• Analyze recruitment data and use insights to improve processes and results
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Ensure effective prioritization and high-quality recruitment delivery

Must-Have Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following experience profiles:

Profile 1:

• At least 2 years of recent experience as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Team Leader

OR

Profile 2:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter
• Proven experience recruiting for both technology and general positions
• Strong leadership potential and readiness to progress into a management role

All candidates must also have:

• Hands-on experience working with recruitment SLAs
• Proven experience preparing and analyzing recruitment reports
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to work effectively with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders
• Ability to work full-time from the company’s offices in Rishon LeZion
