Generative AI Developer

We are hiring a Generative AI Developer for a defense organization in the Shfela area, focusing on Generative AI development and research, LLM-based products, autonomous AI Agents, advanced Prompt Engineering, and RAG systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and research Generative AI solutions and build products based on LLMs
• Develop autonomous AI Agents for executing sequences of actions and decision-making
• Design and implement advanced Prompt Engineering solutions for complex problems
• Build and maintain RAG systems that connect AI models to organizational knowledge
• Develop AI solutions in Python, integrate them into organizational systems, and research and evaluate new AI technologies and model performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in Development or Data Analysis, with proven experience working with LLMs
• High proficiency in Python and strong coding skills
• Experience retrieving and analyzing data and writing complex SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with advanced Prompt Engineering and models such as GPT, Claude, and Open Source models
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
