Full Stack .NET Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to develop, maintain, and extend enterprise-grade web systems.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, React, databases, legacy system support, and practical experience using modern AI tools for software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side code using C#, .NET Framework, and modern NET/.NET Core.
• Develop and maintain client-side applications using React.
• Support and upgrade existing systems written in VB.NET.
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture planning for new modules and modernize existing systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex production issues.
• Perform code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
• Collaborate regularly with QA, DevOps, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Use AI-based development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, debugging, refactoring, and test creation.
• Participate in the design, creation, and use of AI agents for development activities such as code review, code generation, documentation, architecture analysis, issue investigation, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#.
• Significant experience developing and maintaining systems in .NET Framework 4.x.
• Significant experience with .NET / .NET Core, preferably .NET 6 or later.
• Experience with VB.NET, including maintaining legacy systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with React: components, hooks, state management, and REST API integration.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing web systems and REST APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience working with IIS.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean code, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
• Experience with Git, pull requests, and code review processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Understanding of how AI can improve development processes, code quality, testing, documentation, and team productivity.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and drive tasks through to production.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• Experience building or working with AI agents for software development, code review, test generation, documentation, issue analysis, architecture analysis, or workflow automation.
• Experience designing workflows where AI agents assist developers or development teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD systems.
• Experience with Docker and container-based applications.
• Experience with SignalR, Redis, message queues, or microservices.
• Experience integrating with external REST or SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Entity Framework, Dapper, or ADO.NET.
• Experience with enterprise systems and high-load environments.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect, permissions, and roles.
• Good professional-level English.
