Art Director / Senior Brand Designer

PayPlus is looking for an exceptional Art Director / Senior Brand Designer to lead, shape and elevate the visual language of one of Israel’s leading fintech and commerce platforms.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on designer with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual taste and the ability to transform business ideas, products and campaigns into powerful, distinctive creative.

You’ll have a key role in defining how PayPlus looks, feels and communicates across every touchpoint digital, physical, product and brand.

What You’ll Do

• Own and continuously evolve the PayPlus visual identity across all brand touchpoints
• Lead the creative direction for major campaigns, launches, partnerships and brand initiatives
• Develop strong visual concepts from initial idea through final execution
• Translate business and product messages into bold, clear and memorable creative
• Create and art-direct campaigns across social media, digital, web, print, events and physical environments
• Build visual systems and design languages that can scale across the organization
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, templates and creative standards
• Lead the visual storytelling for new PayPlus products and services
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Management on strategic creative initiatives
• Art-direct photography, video, motion, 3D and AI-generated creative
• Create visual experiences connecting PayPlus’ digital ecosystem with the physical world — POS devices, payment terminals, retail environments, events and branded installations
• Review and elevate creative output across the company to ensure a consistently high standard
• Mentor and provide creative direction to designers and external creative partners when needed
• Explore new visual trends, technologies and creative tools and introduce them into PayPlus’ brand ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related design field
• 5+ years of professional experience in branding, advertising, digital design or a leading creative/design studio
• Proven experience as a Senior Designer, Brand Designer or Art Director
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong concept development, branding and high-end visual execution
• Strong ability to develop original creative concepts — not just execute an existing brief
• Excellent typography, composition, color and visual storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of brand systems and how to build a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms
• Excellent command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating digital campaigns, social creative and marketing assets
• Strong understanding of motion, video and contemporary digital design
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and modern design workflows
• Ability to move quickly from concept to execution while maintaining an extremely high visual standard
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and strong creative judgment
