Legal Counsel | D&O, Professional Liability & Specialty Risks

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a leading global financial organization.

This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a background in commercial litigation, commercial disputes, insurance law, or professional liability who is looking to transition into a strategic in-house legal role. The position focuses on managing complex specialty claims and providing legal guidance on high-exposure matters involving major corporate clients.

• Manage complex specialty claims from initial assessment through resolution.
• Handle matters involving Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability, Professional Liability, Product Liability, Clinical Trials, and other specialty risks.
• Analyze legal and factual issues, assess liability and coverage, and provide strategic legal recommendations.
• Work closely with clients, external law firms, insurance companies and international stakeholders.
• Review legal documents, evaluate litigation exposure, and support negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties throughout the lifecycle of complex claims.

• Qualified Attorney (LL.B. and Israeli Bar membership).
• Background in commercial litigation, commercial disputes, professional liability, insurance law, or specialty claims.
• Experience from a leading law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal drafting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
