Senior Full Stack Developer

Senior Full Stack Developer | .NET & React | Defense Organization | Central Israel

A leading defense organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design and develop complex Web-based systems using .NET and React.

This is a highly hands-on development role that combines coding with technical leadership, including solution design, Code Reviews, mentoring other developers, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting the development lifecycle through Testing and Production.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex Full Stack Web applications
• Develop backend solutions using .NET
• Develop frontend applications using React
• Work extensively with Entity Framework
• Develop enterprise information systems, internal platforms, and Web-based solutions
• Perform detailed technical design for complex features and solutions
• Apply advanced Design Patterns and software development best practices
• Conduct Code Reviews and maintain high code-quality standards
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers
• Support the team in resolving complex technical challenges
• Develop solutions with demanding performance, load, and authorization requirements
• Work with Deployment processes across Testing and Production environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience – required
• 5+ years of professional React development experience – required
• 3+ years of experience with Entity Framework – required
• Proven experience developing complex Full Stack Web applications
• Experience with detailed technical design and solution architecture
• Experience conducting Code Reviews and professionally mentoring developers
• Experience with Deployment processes across Testing and Production environments
• Experience developing solutions with complex performance, load, and authorization requirements
• Strong knowledge of advanced Design Patterns and software development best practices
• Experience with .NET Core – an advantage
• Experience using AI tools as part of software development – an advantage
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – an advantage
