About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Infrastructure DBA to join our team and work on a project for one of our clients in the Finance industry.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Oracle DBA with 4+ years of experience in database administration and a strong background in managing complex Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

·  Administer and maintain Oracle database environments;

·  Perform Backup & Recovery using RMAN;

·  Monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance;

·  Support and maintain Oracle Data Guard environments;

·  Perform Oracle database installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration;

·  Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle database and infrastructure issues;

·  Work with Linux/Unix environments;

·  Ensure database availability, stability, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

·   4+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA;

·  Strong experience in Oracle database administration;

·  Solid knowledge of RMAN and Backup & Recovery;

·  Practical experience with Oracle Performance Tuning;

·  Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Guard;

·  Experience with Oracle installation, upgrades, and patching;

·  Good knowledge of Linux/Unix;

·  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

·  Ability to work effectively in a complex technical environment.

Nice to Have

·  Experience with Oracle RAC;

·  Knowledge of ASM;

·  Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
