Vice President of Artificial Intelligence

🚀 We’re looking for a Founding AI Lead / VP of AI to help build at one of the most exciting frontiers in Physical AI!

This is not a conventional AI leadership role.

It is an opportunity to join an experienced founding team early, define an entirely new AI domain, and help build a company at the intersection of Physical AI, robotics, and advanced sensing.

We are building the complete touch stack for humanoids and robotic systems, combining breakthrough tactile sensing hardware, proprietary real-world contact data, and AI models that enable machines to understand and reason about physical interaction.

We are looking for an exceptional, deeply technical AI leader to own this domain end-to-end.

You will architect and build the algorithms, datasets, models, and Sim2Real stack that allow robots to understand:

What is happening at the contact?

Is the object slipping? what is its texture?

Is the grasp stable?

What is likely to happen next?

How should the robot adapt its action?

We are looking for someone who has already built hard AI systems - not just managed teams.

Someone who understands that great AI starts with great data, knows how to generate and assess high-quality datasets, and is excited by the challenge of turning raw physical signals into intelligence.

You should be comfortable moving between data, models, algorithms, system architecture, experimentation, and real robotic behavior.

Experience in robotics, dataset generation, labeling, validation and scaling, time-series learning, sensor fusion, Sim2Real, and broader Physical AI systems is highly relevant.

We already have strong commercial traction with leading humanoid and industrial robotics OEMs.

You will work directly with the founders, shape the technical roadmap, build the initial AI stack yourself, and ultimately recruit and lead the team around it.
