Human Resources Specialist | Global company

Join a leading global company as an HR Specialist in a diverse and impactful role! You'll support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, lead HR Operations, employee relations and engagement initiatives, and take part in recruitment activities.

About the Role:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Partner with managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Lead employee performance management and evaluation processes.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare events.
• Collaborate regularly with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support recruitment activities and talent acquisition processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination. - Must
• Fluent English, both written and verbal - Must
• Previous recruitment experience - Must
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing - Advantage
• Highly independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
